Peter Scott Caldwell is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. He is currently involved with the Hong Kong-based eBRAM project to develop an online dispute resolution platform. He was Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) from 1990 to 1998 and remained a member of HKIAC’s Council until 2018. Peter has been a member of Hong Kong Government committees, advising on arbitration law, mediation law and security of payment legislation. He has given many talks at international and local conferences and published numerous papers and commentaries in international and regional journals on dispute resolution.
